Gift vouchers are subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Gift Vouchers are issued electronically and delivered by email to the recipient nominated at the time of purchase.
- Valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Expiry dates cannot be extended.
- May be used as full or part payment towards accommodation bookings at Swinney Wood Log Cabins.
- If the booking value exceeds the voucher amount, the remaining balance must be paid in accordance with our standard payment terms.
- Any unused balance will remain valid until the expiry date and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Vouchers.
- Multiple Gift Vouchers may be used against a single booking.
- Cannot be applied to bookings that have already been completed.
- Gift Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Swinney Wood Log Cabins cannot be held responsible for lost, deleted or unauthorised use of Gift Vouchers.
- All bookings made using a Gift Voucher remain subject to our standard Booking Terms & Conditions.
