Swinney Wood Log Cabins was established in 2020, but its story began long before that. The woodland has been in my family for many years — a place of outstanding natural beauty where I’ve always felt completely at peace. I often dreamt of waking up here, surrounded by nature and the sounds of the wildlife. From that dream, the idea of building log cabins was born, allowing others to experience the same magic.
As the cabins welcomed more guests, something special began to happen. Swinney Wood became a sought-after proposal destination, with couples drawn to its intimate and romantic atmosphere. Time and time again, I was asked — “Do you offer weddings?”
