My aim is simple: to give you the freedom to relax, breathe, and take in every moment.

Your adventure truly begins the second you say “yes” to Olivine Weddings at Swinney Wood. From there, I’ll guide you through the entire process with clear steps, gentle reassurance and unwavering support.

Our planning and coordination service includes:

  • Liaising with the local registry office to check availability and assist with booking
  • Building the perfect team of suppliers to bring your vision to life — from florists and photographers to cake makers and stylists
  • Guidance to help you manage costs without compromising your dream
  • Creating a relaxed but structured timeline for your day
  • Styling of your ceremony space
  • Weather-aware planning with an alternative in place if the weather isn’t on your side
  • Unlimited email and phone support throughout
  • Being there on the day to meet suppliers, oversee set-up, and ensure everything runs beautifully

 – Dine on-site:
